Do you live out of state? Many family members do not even live in the same town as their loved one.  When those unexpected hospitalizations occur, we are here to advocate and keep the family apprised of their loved ones situation.

Serve as a liaison and advocate between physicians, family members to make certain the client’s overall needs are met.

Contact appropriate care agencies with client criteria and interview them to find who best fits the client’s needs.

Visit clients onsite and/or virtually to supervise their continued care whether they are at home or in a senior living establishment.
